Bourbon-Glazed Tailgate Meatballs

Serves 10 as a snack · Prep 5 min · Cook 2 to 4 hr

Ingredients

  • 2 lb frozen cooked meatballs
  • 1 bottle Hard Truth Sweet Heat Bourbon Mash BBQ Sauce
  • 1/2 cup grape or apple jelly

Method

  1. Add everything to a slow cooker and stir to coat.
  2. Cook on low for 3 to 4 hours or on high for 2 hours, stirring once, until hot all the way through (165°F).
  3. Keep on warm and serve with toothpicks.

Coffee-Crusted Ribeye with Bourbon Glaze

Serves 2 · Prep 5 min · Cook 10 min

Ingredients

  • 1 thick-cut ribeye (about 1.25 inches)
  • Cowboy Coffee Steak Rub
  • 2 tbsp Hard Truth Sweet Heat Bourbon Mash BBQ Sauce

Method

  1. Coat the ribeye generously with Cowboy Coffee Steak Rub.
  2. Sear in a smoking-hot cast-iron skillet 3 to 4 minutes per side for medium-rare (130°F).
  3. Brush with Bourbon Mash sauce in the last minute.
  4. Rest 5 minutes and slice.
