Every nation starts small - around a table, with people who take flavor seriously. MASTERS OF SMOKE AND HEAT (MSH Nation) started there too, small-batch rubs, then sauces, then set the standard for what great food should taste like, whether it's coming off a smoker, a stovetop, or a skillet on a Tuesday.
Founded in 2019 in Indianapolis, what began as a handful of small batch blends sold at cookouts and festivals has grown into a full line of championship rubs, sauces, smoked salts, and seasonings - backed by partnerships with Food Network's Man v. Food's Casey Webb and History Channel's Forged in Fire's Doug Marcaida, and a team built in part by military veterans.
Pitmasters and chefs gave the Nation its credibility. Everyone at the table gives it its size and meaning.
