MSH Nation Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We ship to all 50 US states. Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days after processing. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.

International Shipping (Canada)

We ship to Canada. Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days after processing. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees assessed upon delivery. MSH Nation is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Free Shipping

Free standard shipping is available on all US orders over $75.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also track your order at mshnation.com/pages/tracking-your-order.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at biz@mshnation.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work to make it right.
